Eligibility, Accounts, and Registration

  • By using the services provided by The Hawks Private Limited, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • In order to use these Services, you will be required to register for an online account or be in possession of Smart Fuel Card
  • You may only register for one account and you agree to:
  • (i) provide accurate, current and complete information;
  • (ii) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current and complete;
  • (iii) maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account; and
  • (iv) promptly notify The Hawks Private Limited if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Services.

    "The Hawks Pvt Limited, The Hawks" and all graphics, logo marks, and slogans related to The Hawks Private Limited are trademarks of The Hawks Private Limited.

    The Hawks Private Limited may link to third-party services. We do not endorse or control what these third-party services do. The Hawks Private Limited is not responsible or liable for any issues you have with third-party services. If you access third-party services or materials, The Hawks Private Limited's terms & services no longer apply.

  • The Hawks Private Limited is based in the Maldives and our Services are subject to Maldives law.
  • We make no representations or warranties that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
  • If you choose to access or use the Services from locations outside the Maldives, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
  • Your use of the Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
  • You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Services or the terms will be filed only in the courts located in Maldives,
  • and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of the Services (including, but not limited to, your use of the Services).

    You acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any third-party claim that The Hawks Private Limited web or mobile applications, or your possession and use thereof, infringe that third-party’s intellectual property rights, The Hawks Private Limited will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required under these Terms.

    Termination or Modification of Services

    The Hawks Private Limited reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, discontinue or disable access to the Services at any time and without notice. In no event will The Hawks Private Limited be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any portion or feature of the Services.

    Severability

    If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
