Returns and Refund Policy
When/How will I receive my credit?
Upon successful payment for the credit purchase, fuel credit will be available on your card within 24hrs. You may check the balance from our fuel dispensers or from the store at our fuel station in Hulhumale’ Phase 2. Fuel Credit purchased and made available will not be returned or refunded, except for when the fuel card account is closed as:
1. Voluntary attrition: credits will be returned/refunded (excluding fees and charges)
2. Involuntary attrition: credits will be returned/refunded including fees and charges if purchased credits are not used.
