Boat Building

This is the core of our fabrication expertise. Our in-house team of skilled professionals specializes in constructing customized boats precisely to your specifications. Utilizing advanced techniques and high-quality materials, we deliver vessels built for the unique demands of the Maldivian seas, including large landing crafts like the Hawks Carrier (2020) and Hawks Voyager (2024), which were successfully built in-house.

Our drydock boatyard is capable of both constructing new vessels as well as maintaining our extensive fleet.

Lathe Workshop

Our dedicated, high-precision Lathe Workshop is situated on Thilafushi island and offers a comprehensive range of machine services. Employing advanced milling & turning techniques, we perform precision work on diverse materials like aluminium, carbon steel, & stainless steel, specialising in; Precision work, Drilling Service, Milling Service and Turning Service

Inboard Engineering

We provide expert diagnostics, maintenance, and major overhauls for all types of inboard propulsion systems and marine diesel engines. Our engineering team ensures your vessel's main power plants are operating at peak efficiency, forming a key component of the dry docking for preventative maintenance service offered at our yard.

Outboard Engineering

Dedicated to smaller, high-speed vessels, our outboard team specializes in the complete service, repair, and tuning of all major outboard motor brands. We minimize downtime with swift and reliable interventions, whether for routine service or comprehensive refurbishment services to restore existing vessels to optimal condition.

Mechanical

Our mechanical division is the foundation of our dry docking and refurbishment services. We handle all non-engine mechanical systems, including steering and rudder gear, shaft alignment, HVAC, hydraulics, and pump repairs. We ensure every moving part of your vessel functions flawlessly and safely according to industry standards.

Electrical

The electrical team manages all aspects of marine power systems, from routine maintenance and troubleshooting to the installation of complete navigation and communication suites. We ensure your vessel's operational systems, safety lighting, and guest amenities are powered by reliable, compliant, and efficient electrical infrastructure.

Fiberglass Fabrication

Specializing in GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and hull structure integrity, our Fiber Team is critical to both customized boat building and refurbishment services. We perform cosmetic and structural fiberglass repairs, gel-coat finishing, and specialized hull modifications, utilizing high-quality materials and techniques to restore seaworthiness and aesthetics.

Carpentry

Our marine carpentry unit offers bespoke interior and exterior finishing, from cabin fit-outs and furniture fabrication to deck work and detailing. Utilizing both traditional and modern materials, the carpentry team works alongside our refurbishment services to deliver premium quality and durability for all vessel accommodation and decks.
